Right of Withdrawal and Returns – Torini TRD
As a customer of Torini TRD, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please send an email to torinitrd@gmail.com including:
- Your order number
- Which item(s) you wish to return
You may also use the standard withdrawal form if preferred.
Returning items
- Items must be returned within 14 days after you notify us
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Underwear or similar items for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken
- Digital products that have been delivered or accessed
